Responsibilities:
* Responsible for recruitment
* Being a partner to the business unit on HR issues
Requirements:
* Possess 5-6 years experience in the area, preferably in foreign/joint venture Bank
* Has wide network in banking industry
* Understand all HR scope especially recruitment and employee relations
* Hold Bachelor degree from reputable University
* Has good interpersonal and communication ability
* Converse well in English and computer literate
