Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Based in Jakarta, Medan, Pekanbaru)
The following is your essential tasks to be accomplished:
- Establish new market opportunities and maintain existing customer base in Jakarta, Medan and Pekanbaru.
- Develop strong understanding of customers’ requirements and business operations and be effective in presenting technical solutions and products to meet their needs.
- Proactive in resolving technical issues and challenges.
- Able to work effectively with both principals and customers to achieve business objectives.
- Provide field inputs, customer requirements and trends to Head Office for new product development.
- Build strong rapport with customer base.
Qualifications
We are looking for the qualified candidates with the strictly requirements are as follow:
- A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Management and Chemistry
- Indonesian with good spoken and written English. Good in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in oil & gas/ biofuel distribution organizations and within manufacture or transportation sectors.
- Strong business contacts and relationships with targeted manufacturers & transportation sectors.
- Good track record in developing business and winning new accounts in the Indonesian market.
- Results- and customer-oriented attitude, able to work independently and the drive to succeed.
- Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be self-motivated.
- Willing to be located in Jakarta, Medan and Pekanbaru.
