Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Based in Jakarta, Medan, Pekanbaru)

The following is your essential tasks to be accomplished:

Establish new market opportunities and maintain existing customer base in Jakarta, Medan and Pekanbaru.
Develop strong understanding of customers’ requirements and business operations and be effective in presenting technical solutions and products to meet their needs.
Proactive in resolving technical issues and challenges.
Able to work effectively with both principals and customers to achieve business objectives.
Provide field inputs, customer requirements and trends to Head Office for new product development.
Build strong rapport with customer base.

Qualifications

We are looking for the qualified candidates with the strictly requirements are as follow:

A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Management and Chemistry
Indonesian with good spoken and written English. Good in Mandarin will be an advantage.
3–5 years of sales experience in oil & gas/ biofuel distribution organizations and within manufacture or transportation sectors.
Strong business contacts and relationships with targeted manufacturers & transportation sectors.
Good track record in developing business and winning new accounts in the Indonesian market.
Results- and customer-oriented attitude, able to work independently and the drive to succeed.
Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be self-motivated.
Willing to be located in Jakarta, Medan and Pekanbaru.
